Product Return Policy
DDF will accept Returns for the following reasons:
- Quality Defects
- Non-Performance of Products
- Damaged Products
- Discontinued Products as approved by DDF management
- For products with an expiration date, the expiration date must be within 12 months of the current date and must meet the criteria for quality defects, non-performing product, damaged product, or discontinued product.
Product Return Process
- A Customer Service Representative MUST authorize all returns. To request Return Authorization, please call
800-443-4890. A Return Authorization Letter will be issued for the product return. Customers must provide invoice number, quantities, and reason for return.
- Credit will not be applied to any unauthorized return.
- Refunds may be processed in more than one transaction.
- Returns, accompanied by the Return Authorization Letter, must be shipped to:

Damaged Product Returns
- Returns of damaged product, defective product, non-performing product, discontinued product or product shipped in error must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Letter.
- Shipping costs associated with these returns will be covered by DDF.
Recalls
- In the event of a product recall, DDF will notify all customers with regard to the procedures for returning recalled product.
