Shipping Policy

All in-stock merchandise is normally shipped from our warehouse on the next business day (excluding holidays and weekends). Orders placed before 11 am EST with an expedited shipping option will be shipped on the same day, excluding weekends. If the order was placed over a weekend or holiday, shipment will be normally made on the next business day.


DDF Skincare ships within the United States and to Puerto Rico. For shipping information on addresses outside the United States, please call customer service at 800-443-4890 or 276-632-7805, Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Please note that due to the nature of some items, 2nd Day and Next Day shipping may not be available, nor can some items be shipped outside the continental 48 States, to a Post Office Box or an APO/FPO address.
